Privacy summary

This is a summary in English of how Bugsy Group processes your personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish law (LOPDGDD). The legally binding version is our Política de privacidad (in Spanish). Last updated: October 2026.

2. What data we collect

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), type of enquiry, event date, number of people and your message.
WhatsApp: your number and the messages you send us if you contact us that way.
Browsing data: technical and statistical information collected through cookies. See our cookie policy (in Spanish).

Ticket purchases, guest lists and bookings are handled through Fourvenues, which processes your data under its own privacy policy.

3. Why we use your data

To answer your enquiries and requests for information.
To manage VIP table bookings, guest lists and private events.
To prepare quotes and personalised proposals.
To analyse use of the website in aggregate form in order to improve it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form or message us; pre-contractual or contractual measures when you request a booking or a quote; and our legitimate interest in improving the website.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and then for the periods required by law. If no service is contracted, we delete your contact details within one year at the latest.

6. Who receives it

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Only the providers we need can access it: web hosting (WordPress.com, by Automattic), email, WhatsApp and, for bookings, the relevant venue or club. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to bugsygroupevents@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
